HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Our shipping rates are automatically calculated based upon your shipping address.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Our processing time for all orders is 3 - 6 business days. This DOES NOT include weekends OR holidays. If orders are placed on Friday or any weekend, your processing time will start the following business day (Monday). At this time WE DO NOT SHIP international orders but will begin so in the near future!
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All skincare and cosmetic sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded. If your package is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately for us to find the best solution.
All merchandise sales are returnable ( unless stated otherwise ) as long as there is no damage/wear and tear done to the items. There are no refunds on merchandise sales, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift certificate which never expires.
